Software Team Leader

We are looking for a qualified Team Leader with extensive experience in a similar position and a software development background to oversee a group of software developers.

	Software Team Leader
	The ideal candidates should be self-initiative and analytical with proven extensive experience as a Team Leader, Group Leader, Unit Leader or similar role.
	Responsibilities include: Communicate with Unit Management to set clear team goals. Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Oversee day-to-day operation. Manage Projects – Product Development, ensuring on-time delivery. Monitor team performance and report to unit management. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Resolve day-to-day issues. Oversee product support services.
	Skills Required: Work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Decision-making skills. Knowledge and understanding of .Net, .Net Core, C#, MS-SQL, and Web Applications - Services development on MS Windows. Experience in supervising of writing and maintaining documentation. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
